"I've been using Brightlingsea Wireless since it began and have been very happy with the service. The connection is always strong and downloading is fast even when the whole family are using it together. The best bit is that is a local service which always gives fantastic backup and support, and I love not being reliant on the phone line for my broadband."

"As a resident of Brightlingsea I have found Brightlingsea Wireless a versatile and economical way of accessing the internet. It's particularly useful as I do not have a BT line and therefore use Skype for calls, texting, and messages. If any needs or problems occur with the service it's handy to have the professional but personal support immediately to hand. So if you need broadband without contracts and strings, for the day or all year, give it a go!"

"I've been with Brightlingsea Wireless since January 2004. Initial setup was fast & efficient. The few problems which have occurred since have been dealt with promptly. The price is very competitive & the network speed is extremely good. I am very pleased with the service I am receiving and have recommended Brightlingsea Wireless to other local people."

"Broadband in Brightlingsea didn't exist until Brightlingsea Wireless came along, Jamie Clary did a talk one evening about his idea of a wireless network in Brightlingsea, this meeting was attended by myself along with a handful of others. I signed up there and then, because British Telecom said the trigger level (as they put it) had still not been reached . Anyway after a small outlay for the equipment and aerial I actually had broadband, and yes in the early days there were a few teething problems, but Jamie soon sorted these out with the minimum of fuss. And I must say things have been going from strength to strength, and it is nice to see that the network is expanding even as far as Point Clear, and the whole of the moorings at Brightlingsea, which I find quite useful as i myself sail, and it is nice to be able to connect when on my mooring. I would say that the advantages for going with Brightlingsea Wireless instead of one of the other larger broadband suppliers, is the personal service you get, it would be unlikely if you had a problem, for one of the major suppliers to respond the same day, but with Jamie of Brightlingsea Wireless this would be quite normal and the problem would be sorted out probably within 24 hours, that's what I like about him, he is a real person at the end of a telephone not an automated switchboard with no heart or soul, and as for price, you get what you pay for, he charges a reasonable amount for a good service, I rest my case.

"I used Brightlingsea Wireless since November 2004 and have found their service to be very reliable. I particularly appreciate and like the personal element on the few occasions I have needed support. What a refreshing change from the frustrating big brother call centres, some of whom even charge premium rates for indifferent support.

The Colne Yacht Club, of which I am honorary Treasurer, now also uses the system and have found it reliable and cost effective."

"Many thanks for your fast professional setup and service - not even the "big" boys could provide as exemplary a product as Brightlingsea Wireless does. No conflicts, low contention, reliable high-speed connectivity whatever the weather, excellent backup/support and innovative advances such as the wireless harbour connection.Your system is fast, reliable and very much as perfect as I could wish! Sheltering behind your firewall seems to have kept me free of any peeks and pokes from outside. Email runs without a hitch! What can I say? I'm a happy user!
